22- Andrea II
Dive site number 22 - Andrea II is located on the west coast of Bonaire, just north of the desalination plant. To reach the site, drive through a residential area and follow the yellow stones that mark the dive sites. From the beach, you can walk straight into the water via a shallow sandy plateau. It’s a quiet spot, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the underwater life.
The reef begins at 13 feet and slopes gradually, providing shallow, clear waters. This makes Andrea II easily accessible for both snorkelers and divers of all experience levels.

💡Personal advice💡
- Andrea II is somewhat hidden behind a residential area. When leaving Kralendijk and driving north, you will pass several small neighborhoods on the left. Look carefully to spot the entrance to Andrea II.
- The entry and exit at Andrea II remain shallow for a considerable distance, and you may often encounter coral rubble. Proceed with caution and choose your exit point carefully.
- Andrea I and II together have a total of seven buoys, which can be used both above and below the water as natural reference points. The dive site buoys are yellow, while the other buoys are white.
